Hi,
My uncle signed with my sign on my LIC claim document without my knowledge and approval. The claim has been approved since then. He told this information to me a year later to boast about his 'achievements'. How can I get a written statement record from LIC reg. the sign that I can use to file a forgery case against him? Please advise.
Thanks,
Sanjay

Pursue RTI route and obtain copy of claim form and KYC docs submitted with it.

Whether your uncle was able to get claim and used the proceeds for himself?

The facts posted are sketchy. Please post the complete facts. Even if the signature is wrong, LIC disburses no cash, but only issue A/c payee cheque.

LIC might have paid by transfer in Bank a/c.

You need not to get record rather file a criminal complaint with the local police and prior to that make a complaint to the the higher officials of LIC so that it may be got established departmentally that your signature have been forged.
How shall you meet the time which you took to initiate action even after having the knowledge of forgery and fraud?
