AS per Partnership Act can a foreign national can become a partner of Indian citizen

kindly let me the eligibility to become the partner in indian firm

Yes. Its possible one. Any legal persons can be entered in to an agreement or contract. The word legal person stands for any man or woman, firm, company etc.. But the purpose of the contract or agreement should be enforceable by law..
