For direction of work

Hi Dear Sir

I have recently registered me as a lawyer but feeling some inconvinience at court i have joined a law chamber of a senior advocate but the hasitation some times come through because most of junior guys are more familier then me one more thing that how to remind all the law section.Please guide how to go ahead in this situation?

with passage of time u will also become familiar with court work. write notes for relavant sections of cpc and crpc to remember them.

Initially it may happen, experience would bring more and more confidence.

You can keep required bare acts for law sections.

You should keep reading the law books, citations case bundles and observe the proceedings in the court, find out the laws involved in all those cases you are attending or watching, as you grow put your best efforts, curiosity hard work, all these will be a step stone for success.
