Fixed term tenancy agreement

fixed term tenancy agreement infringed after 4 years

Kindly help me out regarding this question-
LIC entered into agreement with my client for taking building on rent for 15 years but after 4 years he infringed the agreement and vacate the premises after giving due notice...

When the Agreement is for 15 years the Land Lord can not cancel or withdraw the Same.LIC also got a Strong Legal Team behind them.Better go for Amicable Settlement.

The agreement document specially the clauses regarding vacating the premises is during tenancy need to be referred, discuss with your lawyer.
