This query is : Resolved
At the end of Vakalatnama is mentioned: Accepted subject to the terms of the fees.
My question is that can as a client I mention here the fees I paid in advance to my lawyer for his services and the balance payable to him on final decree to avoid any misunderstanding later on.

Vakhalat is A Form to be submitted to the Court by the Advocate and Not for your Own Purposes and Use.

Then at the end of vakalatnama the words printed and mentioned: Accepted subject to the terms of the fees.
Does it not it talks about the lawyers services fees?

sir, i have only one query to simplify. How to have written evidence regarding fees agreed with lawyer so that there is no conflict later on. This is because in India there is written contract. There is space for fees in VAKALATNAMA at end but I am told not to mention. Then what is the solution and how can client have written evidence of the fees agreed with lawyer??
