It is believed that you are all Hindu.

Confirm!

Your Grandfather is alive and he is owner of property.

The property if devolved by inheritance may of self acquired nature .

If you were staying in it and constructed without notice and concurrence of grandfather then he has told the facts.

Try and settle the matter with your grandfather amicably.

He may agree by his sweet will to pay you the cost of construction and /or allow you to stay.

Yes hindu. Thanks you so much. And one more thing I would like to know that long time back abt 12 years there was a degree of the property from my grandfather to my father. Now can my grandmother claim that one or not. That property is an ancestral. If yes then how. Plz advice

Who when, how purchased the land and how it came in the name of your grandfather as you have mentioned that the land is dadalai (ancestral).

If it is ancestral land, you have share in it.

If it is an ancestral property, they you have a share in the property. And if you file a suit for partition, then mention these facts. But the detail facts of the case need to be seen.
Charan (Querist) 31 March 2017
OK thanks sir.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 31 March 2017
The property is in the name of Grandfather and by court decree it came to the hands of Father.
