My husband filed divorce Petition against me.

After that i was requested him not proceed the case after that we started smooth life
Now i checked the
case status disposed

Nature of case uncontested dismissed

What it means ..is he have divorce judgement without knowing me

Apply for certified copy of the Court order to confirm correct position in the matter.
Online information about divorce cases are not showing correctly in many district court website.

Please note that the case is dismissed uncontested ,means that the case was dismissed in default the part who filed the case fails to appear in the court repeatedly and the court dismisses the case. It appears your husband acted on your request .Still if you want to verify you can get certified copy of order from the court .

Peima facie the case has been dismissed for non-prosecution by petitioner/husband.
Inspect the case file and obtain certified copy of the order/ judgment.

Agree with Adv. Rajeev. When case is dismissed the case is closed with out pronouncing of any orders obviously un contested even by the petitioner
