Not the case of over intelligent of any one here. It is you who always try to be oversmart by posting seemingly only hypothetical queries without discussing the background of your case. If you have come to the open forum, you can't be choosy or to direct anyone to refrain from replying your query, specifically, when suspected to befool the experts.
A question arises, was there any reason for you not to reply my simple query. If I have asked you a question, you must try to understand, I intended to guide you appropriately. But you tried to be oversmart by harping the same tune instead of replying my query.
Do you think the experts are obliged to suppose on what ground you have asked the question, when you are so miser in giving any description of the problem?
It won't affect me, if you are so brief in putting merely an academic question meant for students, not the experts, who have to see legal implications from all angles. It is only you, who would get confused due to variety of contradictory answers if made by different experts merely on their individual suppositions.

When senior members like Mr Dhingra are stated to be "over-intelligent" this clearly means that experts of this forum cannot match your IQ.
earlier you sated no fact. the you stated that she left you on petty issues (actual issues may be different) and later you tell that her brothers are under debt.
Then you said her brother is threatening you (what thread you still withhold. You may call it threat he may tell it is a warning. If they are telling that they will lodge FIR it is not a threat.
ALL THIS IS NOT NEW FOR A HUSBAND WHOSE WIFE LEAVES HIM TO ESCAPE TORTURE. you are not able to show how your case is different.

If a real problem, when you have been regularly trying to be oversmart even with the experts from whom you expect help, anyone can guess, how you would have been treating your wife and her parents, more so, if she has decided to leave you even after 9 years of your marriage. That clearly indicate that she has totallyy lost confidence in you. So, how they can stop the parents of your wife from lodging complaint after complaints?
Better pay the maintenance to your wife and be satisfied by living separate from her.

By showing your frustration and making a non-sensical statement, "you are really a sick man ...lanat pade aap par meri baddua lage gi ...keere pade aapko.. meri problem ko enjoy kar raha hai," you have proved beyond doubt that only you are real sick man, not me.
Moreover, your wife leaving you after 9 years of marriage, itself confirms that you are really a sickman.
Also, you are not God on whose aking mujhe lanat padd sakti hai, na bad-dua lag sakti hai or na hi tuhmare kahne se keede maire sharir mein pad sakte hain. Meri kismat na tuhare kahne se bigd sakti hai, na sudhar sakti hai.
Your problem is that you don't reveal what is your problem, what to say of background of the problem. Even your present query, "can i get stay on the 125 crpc filed by my wife. if yes in high court or disst court" does not contain any problem and its background. Maintenance of your wife is your fate and liability since you narried her.
Anyway I thank you on behalf of all the experts of LCI for obliging them by taking a decision that you will not ask queries of yours in future.
In fact your queries had been quite silly, as you leave everything to the guess and presumption of the experts and waste unbelievably the maximum time of the experts by stretching the thread exorbitantly by posting contradictory stories after stories.
For example, you talked 3 years back about transfer of your divorce case, but as per your statement, your wife left you only 8 months back on 23/04/2015. So, where lies the logic and parrallel in both of your queries?
