False complaint aganst co-passenger - possible?

Sir,

I travelled in a train last week during the travel, since it was very hot, I often got up and changed my positions. A lady in the adjacent birth called for an RPF staff in the train and complained that I am doing indecent things (she meant I am masturbating) but I was NOT!. Then the RPF enquired and after getting my address and ID related details he asked me to take another compartment and I accepted. My questions is, It is 4 days gone, Is there a possibility for her to file a false FIR against me, in that case, before filing the FIR will the police hear my points too? I am vey worried. Please advise. what I have to do. Please note: I have not done anything wrong. thanks a lot in advance.

Was the complaint given to RPF was oral or written,if written that must have been witnessed by other co passengers.I don't think that would have happened.U are visualizing too many things without substance.She must have forgotten the episode once U moved into another compartment.Better not waste the valuable time of the experts with UR further story.

if RPF was taking the complaint seriously then they should have got you down forthwith and put in lock up.

I dont think that the matter is kept alive by police because they have changed you to different compartment and got the issue solved, you are creating a hype over it.
