False case against father in law, under sec354,

Dear all, please inform if a wife has filed a complaint against his father in law for ipc 354, for s*xually harassment,, and because of which his husband is also in custody of the same section. 354, I need to in which way case can be withdrawn from court, by husband wife. And what are the consequences when withdrawing case. And can the case be withdrawn ?, please inform in detail. Husband has the photos msgs, of wife, n her boyfriend , this is actual reason, but wife denying it, and saying they are just frnds, husband is genuine person, no points against him, because of which she is accusing father in law, so that she can get divorce. Please provide good advice. What we do, to win/ close/ quash the case.

First tell how are you related to this query and on whose behalf are you asking this query.

On compromise the case can be quashed mutually from the high court.

He is my frnd, y n wht compromise sir, husband is ready to accept his wife, istead of her affair, n allegation, n stay in separate accommodation. N now she is asking fr compensation. 25 lks, husband not earning more thn 20k, no property on his name. Now how to clear this case, can he bring her boyfriend to police, n open up their relation.

The contest the case on merit.
Once the bail is granted the case would be difficult to be proved if seual assault is not medically proved.

The allegation put on father in law is of two years before, n she or the police has also took the husband saying that he supported his father, they went to jail fr one day, n next day bail was given on cash payment, n the sec 354 was also put on husband, so judge ask to change the sec. N NW chrgesheet is pending again to move to court. At this moment why are possibilities, n solutions.

Dear Sona
the section 354 of IPC is compoundable offence and can be closed by the consent of wife.

there is two option one is settle the matter with the wife and file a quashing petition before HC and get quashing order based on the compromise.

second option is wait till the submission of charge sheet and file an application before trial court for compounding the case u/s 320/321 of Cr.P.C

Dear sir, I'm saying that if both husband n his father is not done any crime y no inquiry in locality is done, y court or police is still supporting women without any enquiry , means any one can put a case of harassment, man has to go jail . Pls provide further action what we can do, and court will do, y the wife boyfriend is not called fr enquiry,

Can we put case against wife boyfriend, if husband is not giving divorce, they can plan to kill husband, and their way will be open, or they can fight.
