Dear Sir
My father is involved in a civil suit at subordinate court of Adilabad dist where in my father is a plaintiff petitioner who filed the suit in O.S no 10 of 2002 for dissolution of partnership and rendition of accounts. During the pendency of case there are so many interlocutory applications were filed.
The history of case is very long. So in brief I want to know that the IA 91 of 2009 in OS 10 of 2002 was allowed in favor of the respondent and aggrieved by the same I have preferred appeal before the Honourable APHC Hyderabad and the same suspended through CRP 4573/2009. during the case in CMA 872/2003 was filed by the respondent no 2 for modification in CMAMP44 /2012 got allowed on 27 -04-2012 but the GPA holder of respondent No2 file an appeal before the supreme court of India by filing the suspended IA 91/2009 by the trial court which was suspended by the high court was presented through the affidavit suppressing the facts of suspended IA 91/2009 of trial court and got allowed the order SLP (civil cc no9246/2012 dated 11-05-2012
Due to the filing of false affidavit before the highest judicial forum the honourable supreme court of India allowed the same and therefore the order in CMAMP 44 /2012 in CMA 872 /2003 which is in my view is a criminal action of the GPA of res.No2 . Action is required against him in the interest of justice.
I would like to know what will be the fees and how to send the above mentioned certified copies of the orders to your good self .pls.confirm at an earliest. Pls confirm how much time is required for the disposal of the case

Filing of false affidavit which was filed on date 11/5/2012. And your good self was kind enough & replied to my query as follows:
“File an application u/s 340 crpc r/w 193,195 IPC.”
In continuation to my query I would like to ask one more question :
Is there any time limitation to file such complaint & if the time is lapsed can we file the complaint along with condone of delay petition. Please confirm.
