Dear Sir;
My father in law registered false complaint against us. after police investigation police came to know that false complaint registered by petioner afetr death of his daughter.In police investigation police made B summery that all the respondants are innocent and same was submitted to court and court also accepted that case was purposely registered to give trouble.
My questios are;
1) Can he reappeal as now 4 months completed to decision.
2) How to teach lesson to such type of peoples who raised false complaint to grab property and to spoil image in society.
3) In police investigation on the basis of diaries police found that all respondants are innocent and mainly my wifes who died because of his own relatives behaviour.What we can do to reinvestigate case.
4) Guide me to give justice to my wife and my relatives who are not having any role in whole case.

My opinion on your queries are as under:

1) Can he reappeal as now 4 months completed to decision.
Opinion: No, now they can not file appeal against the order which the court accept the B report/Final Report of the case.

2) How to teach lesson to such type of peoples who raised false complaint to grab property and to spoil image in society.
Opinion: You may file a criminal complaint against them before court for defamation and malicious prosecution. You may also file a criminal complaint against them u/s 182 of IPC.

3) In police investigation on the basis of diaries police found that all respondants are innocent and mainly my wifes who died because of his own relatives behaviour.What we can do to reinvestigate case.
Opinion: No need to reopen the case, but you may file a criminal case u/s 306 of IPC against them for abatement of suicide.

4) Guide me to give justice to my wife and my relatives who are not having any role in whole case

Opinion: choose the above with the help of a lawyer if you think that you are unable to fight the cases without help of the lawyer.

your father in law has lost his own daughter. . sinc your wife committed suicide needle of suspicion of father would fall on you . since after investigations you have been exonerated forgive your in laws . do not file any case of criminal defamation . ask your father in law to give an unconditional apology for maligning your reputation and move on in life

Dear Sir;
Thanks for reply from you both.
I dont want to take revenge but only i want justice.
Due to this my parents suffer a lot; my sisters and theis husband also suffered;my uncle and unty also suffered.
And specially me and my son who are not able to attain my wifes funeral which i never want to forget in life. In a marriage of 8 years i never done any kind of violence with her and she mentioned in the diary as my husband is very caring.
I want justice for my son who not even know what he lost at very early stages of life. My father in law given us troble in number of ways by demanding uneven demands; given news in newspaper to spoil our image. I can earn money in life but how can i earn sicial image which was list bcse of that man......
