Factory registration and shop establishment

i have put small printing machine named under private company unit in Mumbai and get registered under factory license . 21 workers are there.

do i have to also register under shop establishment act ?

Academic query.

In earlier question at the following link, you stated that your friend has printing unit, now that unit is owned by your just in a few minutes after your first post! How is that?

You have to register under factories act.. Not under the shop act.
