Experience certificate

Dear Sir,

Myself Rakhi, Iam an Asst. HR in a manufacturing firm. I have a doubt relating to the date of experience certificate of an employee. He was joined on 21st August 2013, but he was confirmed on 1.06.2014. which date is put on his Experience Certificate. Please help me. it was very urgent.

Confirmation has no relevance for the purpose of experience certificate. experience starts from the first day of working. So, date of joining if relevant for issue of experience certificate.

DOJ-LWD, irrespective of date of confirmation.

Be it in Service Certificate, Relieving Letter, or Experience Certificate as you term it.

Employee also served before confirmation hence gained experience. Date should be from joining.
