Procedural errors can be brought to the notice of HIgh Court and can be expedited

Casual query may not solve the problem, it is better, state material facts and / or discuss with some senior lawyer in the field for guidance, clarify your doubts.

I have purchased 5 cents land in 1993 and gifted to my wife in 2007. All the relevant document e.g Patt/TSR,Tax and other documents stands in my wife name. A adjacent land owner along with my land formed unapproved layout and sold to two persons. I had approached CCB cell of Chennai Police and filed Land grab petition and a through verification done and declared the land actual owner as my wife. The opposite party approached munsiff court and filed case against me(not on my wife name) in 2009 and sought for permanent injunction. In 2016 Feb, court dismissed the petition. Now again the opposite party approached Sub-court and filled case against the judgment of lower court, apart from this, I sought the land record by filling RTI.
I wanted to dispose off the land for my daughter’s marriage, due to court case I am unable to sell.
Pls advise whether I can approach any higher court for early hearing or any other remedies.

What is the opinion of your lawyer?
P. Venu (Expert) 23 October 2016
From the facts stated, there does not appear to be any hitch in selling the land.
