I have applied for divorce. My wife dint appear in the court. The court has ordered to publish the notice in the paper. Now the status of the case is "Ex Parte evidence".
How long the court will take to issue the divorce certificate after recording my statements. Please let me know the steps after this.
I have paid already 90 % fee to my layer. he is asking me to pay the remaining amount before next hearing.
i would like to know how long it will take generally . it would help me to plan my next marriage and pay the remaining fee.

No time frame when the final order for divorce come you're way. Even after recording your ex-parte evidence the Family Court may take few more dates to give final order and in the meantime if you're wife appears and seek setting aside ex-parte order for proceeding in divorce case, the case may get delayed for years not days.

After debalce no. 1 whose show is still going on in family court, you want to enter into another marriage?
That is a insane decision.
Last year i.e. in 2018 Supreme Court decrimnilalized adultery making marriage meaningless. Now you can sleep with any one you want. Not just man, even woman, and there is no punisement for it, you can take divorce provided you prove that adultery took place.
This has diluted the meaning of getting marriage. Your wife can sleep around and it is perfectly non unlawful, if you have problem with it you can take divorce by proving to court that your wife is sleeping around.
You paid fees 90% to vakil means is it final? He will keep asking fees till you die (till your case is over). Your wife will keep filing cases, you will keep roaming to court. That is all what will happen.
If you are well off pay money to wife through one time settlement and take mutual divorce. And dont remarry. Why? I have expalined above.
Simply go for some girl who is understanding in nature and can take care of you, for that you dont need certificate of being married.
You need a good girl, thats it. By the time court will grant you divorce you will become old and no guarantee that court will give you divorce, appeal appeal are the only options. Once you are divorcee, who will want to marry you? If some Girl wants to marry you, she will get married only if she wants alimony through court or your property.
My advice to you is, you purchase divorce from wife by paying money. Paying fees to advocate no means assures you divorce. Advocate only keeps asking fees.

Court if it gives exparte divorce, that is of no use, the case will continue, as explained by Shri Vijay advocate. You better take loan and pay wife instead of keep paying advocate.
