If the Judge has given the next date that day you will be granted exparte divorce. Otherwise also within a month you will be given exparte divorce.

The ex-parte evidence will be recorded first by the Family Court, followed by the argument on your divorce petition and finally the judgment/order for divorce and issuing of decree of divorce by the Family Court. This whole process will take few more days and couple of court dates.
