Got order for visitation rights for child in custody of mother in August 2015 but respondent wife didn't obeyed.. What is the limitation period for filing execution petition in this case and what are other way outs?

Sir do I need to file contempt petition in high court wrt the order of district court or the petition lies in the same district court?

And also order was pronounced in aug 2015 and now it is oct 2016, can I still file contempt petition?
