In an ecxecution of DV Act maintenance , the trial court is acting very lienient towards, JD. Approx more then 3 lacs of arrers pending and he is not even giving monthly maintenance. Trial court issued warrents many times but no arrest is being done. Can DH go to sessions /high courts against the delay in proceedings of trial court???

Blame your incompetent advocate. Not court. Your advocate May be playing games with you

I endorse the views of Shri Cherukuri Prasad. Better change your lawyer, if he is so lethargic in getting the court orders executed.

Search of property details / account details etc. has to be done from your side and get these attached from the court.

The provision of civil imprisonment can also be resorted which is one month imprisonment for the arrears of one month maintenance. Move your application before the executing for that purpose.
