Evidence stage of domestic voilence case

Sir in domestic voilence case i am paying interim maintenance and case is in evidence stage and for last 4 hearings wife side has not produce any evidence what will happen if they fail to produce evidence.does her interim maintenance is stopped by court and case is dismissed.how shd i proceed further

Maintenance cannot be stopped merely due to delay in final decision of the court in the case. However, how to proceed further cannot be appropriately suggested without knowing how your own lawyer has been proceeding earlier and what reaction he has shown on the issue of non production of any evidence for the last 4 hearings. Your own lawyer has to decide, how to proceed further in such situation.

Interim maintenance order is valid only up to the final decision of the main petition of domestic violence.
If there is delay by the wife for finalizing the main petition, report it to the Judicial magistrate and get dismissal order for her main petition that can be made only assigning her last opportunity by the court.
