Eviction of shop

Sir, My grandparents had given a shop on rent 60 years back. I am retd now. Can I evict the present owner. My grandfather had five sons four are no more only one is alive. pl. suggest and guide.

First you should get a Valid Legal Heir Certificate for your Grand Parents. The deceased Children of the deceased GrandParents would be followed by their legal heirs in the certificate. First obtain the Perfect Legal Heir Certificate and then Discuss with an Advocate.
