Error on order

(Querist) 28 October 2016 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
Special Leave Petition was files by me, in perosn, challenging the interim order of High Court.Initally stay was granted on the interim order. The High court has granted as sine dine after receiving the stay order. After 1 year, the Supreme Court dismissed my Special Leave Petition. In Record of proceedings/Order, it was written as “SLP arises from the “FINAL ORDER AND JUDGMENT dated 15.08.2014 in CRM NO XXXX”. Review Petition was filed specifying that there is error on records of proceedings by specifying that SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION ARISING OUT FROM INTERIM ORDER DATED 15.08.2014 IN CRM NO XXXX” But the Hon’ble Court dismiss the Review Petition summarily.
In such situation, what is the remedy left to correct the Supreme Court Order?

U can file curative petition in SC but it's very costly.
Raj (Querist) 30 October 2016
Sir, its one line correction. It could be clerical by nature as Instead of mentioning "SLP arises from Interim order" they have mention" SLP arises from final order". Do I have to file the curative petition? I have heard that CRLMP even in diposed petition can alos be entertain able under SCR Rules 2013? Please clearify
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 31 October 2016
No remedy to the error after review has been dismissed.

I think Sh. R K Nanda ji, a senior expert, will agree that the concept of "curative" petition is inapplicable as the same is something different to present case.
Raj (Querist) 31 October 2016
Sir,
Since no remedy now left for the correction of the order

AND SCI has considered its final order and Judgment instead of considering the Interim Order, whether its legal for the High Court to continue with the proceedings?
adv.bharat @ PUNE (Expert) 01 November 2016
Yes it is the discretion of the court.
Raj (Querist) 01 November 2016
Then How can the order of the SCI be corrected?
