Epf withdrawel

Sir, I retired from service on 30th April 2009 and not withdrawn EPF till now.I kept this fund as a safe deposit with EPfNow,I came to know that EPF is returning all unoperated fund to their subscriber without giving interest after the conribution period.Is it right?I wish to get a valuable legal opnion , which is also helpful formany of them like me.Please help me.

Visit RPFC in nearest PF office and check if it true or hearsay.

They can also tell you and provide forms/procedures on how To withdraw from dormant PF a/c.

such like non-claimed amount at times is withdrawn fraudulently.

The facility of interest on perpetually un-claimed PF is not available even for Govt servants (including EPFO employees including CPFC himself) or even to Armed Forces.
