Epf -claim rejection

I had submitted a cliam for EPF on 31-7-2014. but the claim has been rejected claiming that form 9 was not submitted by the company.But when i enqiured ,the company submitted form 9 in 1996 and i joined the company in 2006.so the company submitted form 5. i had given them all the documents . i am in urgent need of money. how to calim my money what stpes should be taken.

Did you submit the claim through your employer?If not get it countersighned for the correctness of the balances and resubmit it.

Submit copy of the rejection to the company preferably with letter addressed to the designated HR personnel /appointing authority/MD under proper acknowledgment and request the company to provide the certified copy of the requisite documents to EPFO with a copy to you and also the acknowledgment issued by the EPFO by Redg. post.
Thus build your proper record and armed with proper record visit the APFC/RPFC for the intervention to release your funds held in your PF a/c......
Later you can fix the responsibility for deficiency on company or EPFO and claim for compensation.

You have posted that :
1. You have given them all documents.
2. The company is not providing you any documents.
Both are contradictory.
You may write under property acknowledgment to MD with a copy to HR-Head,designated HR personnel to supply you the written reply to objections of EPFO to your claim, and copy of supporting documents and acknowledgment issued by concerned PF office....by Redg. Post only so as to reach you in say next 3 days.
Thereafter you may lodge a complaint withru RPFC in nearest PF office under property acknowledgment and request to
depute PF Inspector to company and help you to get your funds...
