Enquiry about court fee at tamilnadu

Sir I want to file partition suit for my mother's house against my sister. And also to stop the rent she is getting for last 2 years. What will be the court fee for filing case and how long it will take to get stay order to stop rent. How much will be the advocates fee approximately. Diff persons telling diff. I am confused. The house is at coimbatore. Please guide me. I am at Mumbai.

There cannot be any specific suggestion. Court fees depends upon the reliefs which are sought. The reliefs, which are proposed to sought, overreaches the reliefs sought in the ordinary course in a partition suit. Hence the court fee is payable based on the value of the suit property. However, court fee varies from State to State.

As to advocate's fee, it depends upon the advocate you may engage.
