Can my lawyer stop fighting from my side without informing me? Please guide. Lawyer has stopped attending calls?

If there is deficiency of service by a lawyer towards his client,the client can complain in the local bar council regarding the same.He can obtain an NOC and engage a new lawyer.

Thank you Sainath sir. My lawyer is not attending call and neither calling me. I have already paid money in advance and I have posting on 6 June. He is in Kochi and I am in MP, can't meet and confirm due to that.

Send an email, SMS, Whatsapp message.
Lawyers sometimes due to hectic schedule do not prefer to remain engaged on calls.
Check with your lawyer and ask how many days in advance you should call him.

Sir, case is pending in Ernakulam. And once she told me to apply for divorce and child custody from my hometown in MP, so it'si n process. I have made notice and sent it. Is it compulsory for them to attend posting dates or they can ignore it? Because there is one case on me by my wife for maintenance and my mother of domestic violence. Also my lawyer doesn't have e-mail address or whatsapp, I have sent her SmS, but she never responded.Please suggest.
