Enclosement of gov land

what do you mean by ' enclose'?
If you mean to say to trespass then Vashitaji has rightly opine.

There is a gov land near my house plot which was full of waste materials and polluted water .so a lot of mosquitoes produced from there.I washed that area and filled it with soil as it was like a deep pond.I planted some trees in some part of this land nearly 300 square feet area.To protect those trees from animals I enclosed it with a boundary made up woods.Now the problem is my neighbour made a complain against me in the tahasildar office saying that I acquired that land.Revenue insp.(RI) told me .they will enclose that land in my name and I have to give fine for which I agreed.But the tahasildar denied for enclosement and ordered to open the boundaries.I obeyed his order.But now my neighbour is trying to make a road on that land saying tahasil permits him to make the road.But he has already a wide road connected from his home to village road which is also a government given road.Now he is trying to cut all those trees and make the road.I spend a lot money for the washing ,filled soil,plantation and boundary.Now he is trying to make the road on that land even he has already a road.so sir please suggest me what should I do now.

Tree planted in government land are Govt. property. If your neighbor cuts these trees it is offense and lodge complaint. Cutting tree is offense in may states. You can request local forest department / municipality to protect these trees.

It is government land, tehsildar has rightly asked you to vacate the plot in your illegal possession.
However, I appreciate your efforts to clean the area in your surroundings and planted saplings to improve the environment, whereas the trees (on growth & otherwise also) are the government (Forest Department)property, donot adventure to cut or take away.

If your neighbour is planning the cut the grown trees, you can inform the forest department and police also.

Sir,there was a pass on that gov land through which Drain water from my home discharges to the nearby pond.my neighbour blocked that pass to make the road.He is doing all these shits intentionally.He is like a big enemy of mine.I open that pass again for drainage.will that cause any problem.Does making drain on the gov land is illegal ?

Drainage is easement right and he cannot restrain you. Moreover he is not the owner, it is Government land.

I agree with the views of expert Mr. Malipeddi Jagga Rao.You can always convince the authorities by quoting provisions of easement rights for drainage pass.
