There is a girl (Fresh non practicing Advocate). She got raped by Professional working doctor (friend earlier) multiple times. Girl was under depression and trauma during this incidence. She didn't realise about her mental condition but she WhatsApp to her rapist that she is feeling to commit suicide. And she kept chatting and complaining to rapist why he did this to her? He was a married with two kids. This happened when his wife was pregnant and in hometown for delivery. At that time doctor called patient friend to his house for suture removal and raped her and kept calling her pressurising her and said to her out of his sick mindedness that tu merse jitne bhi sawal kar Mai jawab dunga. And he kept repeatedly raped her for some days or months. And kept writing sorry on WhatsApp that - "Mai ek pavitra ladki Ki zindagi barbaad kar raha Hu I remember all my f**king bullsh*t". etc etc. Now its been more then two years to this incidence and girl is under psychiatric treatment and under heavy trauma. The rapist later started pressurizing her for marriage and kept recording her soft conversation but did not record his promise. He even said over call that wo shaadi nahi kar sakta shaadi ek Pavitra Rishta hai in order to record it. Where girl insisting. I want to know what if she files complaint now after a long delay and under her this mental condition what could be the consequences and what worst girl victim can suffer ? Now victim is married but under psychiatric treatment and husband is ready to support in case. Husband married after knowing all the truth about her rape and mental treatment. Will girl suffer if she files case ? Later Rapist told his wife multiple lies by presenting it as an affair and she threatened victim not to file complaint otherwise she (victim) will loose the case and she is a high court lawyer and put her into false cases. And will present all her recordings to society and court. Will girl suffer if she files case ? What could be the consequences ?

Rapist later promised and forced girl for marriage after rape and smartly recorded her soft conversation.
Will it harm girl of she looses the case ?
As its a high delay and now she is married but taking psychiatric treatment.
If the victim looses the case can she face defamation?
Now husband is ready to support hence some how thinking of filing the case.
Only one call recording in which accused is begging sorry and crying badly to not to file case and accepting his deeds indirectly by saying mera jabardasti karne ka matlab nahi banta tha, mere naa baap Ki izzat mitti me mil jayegi, Plz don't file FIR, mere biwi bachchon Ki taraf dekho etc etc.
Accused is having more then 200 recordings of previous and later meetings which indicating consent whereas he hid his words.
But victim is having only one strong call recording in which he is saying wo galat hai usse galti ho gai .... maaf kar do mere biwi bachchon ki taraf dekho etc etc.
But due to this crime and family circumstances she went into depression and did not reveal incidence to her family.
Accused in February 2016 came to victim's home shouting in street uss ladki ka ghar kahan hai.
And he and his wife told victim's family your daughter is not on right track agar complaint ki toh tumhara bhi ghar poora barbaad ho jayega.
And she cut her hand previously which she was showing everybody to threaten.
Accused is that daring even after such henious crime he lied to victim took her in confidence and recorded and dare to shout in front of her house and completely told lie to victim's family.

It is a rape. However there is delay in filing complaint. Please hire a well reputed lawyer and have detail consultation with him you may find some solution. Give him all recording.

Dear ninoanand, I have heard emotional rap song,depressing rap song etc; but never an emotional rape. Anyway, a rape is between a lawyer practicing in high court and a doctor for several months, and the rapist doctor appears to be very reputed doctor the way you painted him in your story.
Now you please answer me; Is it possible for a dog to go to a neighbors house to enjoy being beaten up black and blue by the owner of the house?

Victim was a non practicing lawyer she was not enrolled by that time. Accused wife is a high court lawyer who threatened victim if she will file case she will ruin her life ad put her in false cases.

What a hypothetical query?
You should know a very simple thing that emotional rape is not a physical rape of any girl in any way. Physical rape of a girl by a doctor, as you described, does not fall within the scope of emotional rape. Emotional rape has a very deep meaning. No law can prescribe any specific punishment for different types of emotional criminality.

Kindly understand the question properly. How can you say this name is fake first. And then its a hypothetical query. If you r not interested then u better remain quiet rather telling some body fake and hypothetical.
Both questions were different. Physical rape as mentioned above is true.
And about emotional rape I asked a different query not related to physical rape. Kindly read the thread and then comment upon others.
As Assumi ji discussed about its a question of rape that's why I sent the lil brief about case.
And although its not a fake name and yes even if somebody wants to be anonymous or name change in asking raoe query what is your problem in that.
