Dear sirs,
A Sangha which was created on 10th oct,2011 and it was duly registered with dy.registrar of societies on 6th Jan 2012. As per by law of the sangha, 3 years is a tenure of the exe.committee. Now , my query is when has to election to be conducted either formation or registration date.

once term of existing committee is over fresh elections have to take place to MC .

Thanks for the reply,friends. But my question was, which period has to be taken for consideration. In the byelaw, it states, that, after 3 years election to be held.kindly clarify.

Dear friends, If I want to start a TRUST joining with my friends, for the social cause, a) it should be registered? if Yes, whether it comes under jurisdiction of STATE or Central) can we run without registered also? c) If I want to see/ verify already registered family trust which is site/link provides details.
