Respected Sir, i want to know whether a TRUSTEE of EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION can be a EMPLOYEE (LECTURER) in same EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION.

@Author, it depends on the terms and conditions/clauses of the Trust deed and the rules of the Educational institution.

Trustee and employee are two different connotations and are independent of each other, i.e., a trustee can be an employee.

Yes he can if the service terms and Trust Deed are not clashing to each other.

Sir in our institution the trerms are mentioned as THE TRUSTEE SHOULD NOT BE AN EMPLOYEE . But in our institution trustee is an employee.

If the trust bye laws forbids a trustee to be an employee, then the trustee's employment is illegal, he cannot be employed for gainful purposes. The matter can be taken up with the Managing trustee or the president of the trust.
