Easement Act allows Vehicle access to exististing pathway..

A has a land of 90cent with 4 ft private pathway 20 meter long to public road. And B has land left n right of the 4 ft Pathway. whether it is possible to get right to get 8ft road And vehicle access to the plot for A. Right now A's and B's land is agricultural land. A is ready to pay for the additional land for vehicle access. Is the Easement Act has provision to get the law in favour of A. A has a way from backside but that also 4 ft and it opens to river. Vehicle access is not possible. A has ownership of the land for 7 years as of now. Please advice.

Easement right cannot be enlarged to include the right to ply vehicles.

I agree with the opinion of expert Mr. Venu. The easement rights cannot be extended to one' own desire or design.
