E-Stamp on Partnership Deed, Registrable or Non Registrable??

Who is purchaser of Stamp Duty while creating E Stamp Duty on portal

and What is Property Description.

E-Stamp is registrable. it is the alternate arrangement by Govt. to the traditional stamp paper and franking.

Rest of your query needs more clarification. please put in detail.

As you said E-Stamp is registrable, But when I am making online payment on the portal there they are giving option whether the doc is registrable or non registrable.

Second thing is I have heard that Partnership deed is optional registrable so I clicked registrrable then

They are showing the Purchase Details

and asking for Description of Property in that

That I dont understood.
