Dv, interm maintainance and 498a 406.....

Respected experts.
i filed dv in 2014 jan .interm is granted to me and my daughter 6000pm.my husbands salary is 42k pm.
2Nd i filed 498a 406 .now in madiation cell my husband not agree to take me and my daughter home.as he has other affair (i know bt dont have proof).
in madiation cell my husband ask for divorce and dont ready to take daughter..not returning my gold and original certificates..bail granted to him as i want to live with him.
my ques
my interm is very less as in this inflation it is very difficult to maintain both of us in mere 6k pm.?how can i increase it and judge also not gave orders of rent or rental accomodation yet.
in madiation cell husband aggreed to give me my gold and certificates..but not ready for my daughter...
2 feb 2015 is a date on which he have to give maintainance as directed by judge if he did not pay maintainance what could be done to him..?

If you are not satisfied with the quantum of maintenance then you can always prefer appeal u/s 29 of the Act.
If your husband does not pay then you can file execution petition.

Dont worry about the Interim Maintenance passed by court just make a APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT OF INTERIM MAINTENANCE in court,make prayer like this It is, hence, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may grant permission to Respondent no 1
to deposit _______ rupees on today’s date to Hon’ble Court account against case no XXXXXX /2015.
if you are not satisfied with the interim then follow Devajyoti barman Advice.

sir as m not working i have not enogh money to file another petition or appeal can i do it in that way whee i should not pay money?
As my maintainance date was on feb 2 2015 .bt lawyer of other party took another date which was on 19 march i want to give application in court to give maintainance on that date ...498a compromise is going side by side bt husband is not agree on some points i said ...what should i do to take maintainance on 19 mrch
