sir,
I want to Know the time limit to file the D V case against husband and his family?

The time limit for filing D.V. Case is one year from the last incident/violence.

Thank You sir,

But wife filed dv act case in July-2014 as per her application, and we had separated since 2007.
as she had admited this fact in maintenance case of 125 before jMFC Judge.
can there any hope this should be in my favour?

Contest the case on merits through your lawyer, the case is liable to be dismissed against you.

There is no limitation to it however, it may become very frail after so many years, hence contest it on the merits on your side.
