Doubt regarding closure of a police case

respected sirs,
an FIR was registered against me and 3 others three years ago... it was a false complaint... police enqiured and submitted a CLOSURE REPORT and referred the case to the court as a false case.. court have accepted the refer report... after a while i cheked the police station records with my lawyer for my case details and there was written
1.the case is referred
2.the date on which it is referred
my query is, is there any procedure tat ,after accepting the refer report the court should inform about it to the police station and tat info subsequently should be mentioned in the police station records along with the above ??

After submission of closure report, the court ak for NOC from the defacto complainant. The de facto complainant has right to reject the said report and ask for further proceeding of the case.

should the police station records show whether the refer of a closed case has been accepted by the court ??

No; it would only show that Closure Report filed; the court thereafter can take cognizance and run it as a private complaint.

Once you found the police records containing the said endorsement, it is confirmed that the case has been referred to court and thus closed. It is called as RCS in short.(Referred charge sheet)

is this RCS(referred charge sheet) is same as the final closure report submitted by the police ?? or is there any difference ??

As per your statement, you have found an endorsement as 'case referred', this clearly indicates that this has been closed by RCS, don't keep worrying about the closed issues.

sir, does this RCS come u/s 173 crpc or u/s 169 crpc as far as police reports are concerned ??
and , whether RCS is used to indicate that no case has been made out of police investigation and to refer the case as a false one..
or does it contains anything othr ??
