Doubt regarding IPC

(Querist) 23 October 2016 This query is : Resolved
Motor vehicle act is different from the I.P.C .
1)Does mva come under the ipc?
2)If a person is fined by the court of law under mva (except for rash and negligent driving it is there in ipc) does that mean a penal action has been taken against him?
3)driving without a permit and drunk driving fines are paid after filing fir and late paid in the court .do they make me ineligible for bank exams, civils exam of for that matter any government job..
I am an ola driver currently pursuing by graduation wanna enter government job

Your supplementary question clearly reveals that you want solution to some academic question, not any real problem.

Right now there is no legal problem with you. You may come here only when you get a Government job and face any such problem.

However, if there is any truth in your story and you are still in doubt, in spite of advice of experts, you should leave the idea of applying for the Government job and be happy with your own perceptions.
