Does all the business credential transfer to its legal heie after his death if the legal heirs wants to continue the business by the legal heirs name in a case of sole proprietor

Yes, all the credentials such as good will acquired in the business will transfer to legal heirs after the death of sole proprietor.

1) What do you want to convey about credentials and what are those credentials of the proprietor, which you want to use after his death?
2) Are you the eligible heir of the deceased proprietor of the business?
3) Does any will of the deceased proprietor exist there in favour of anyone?
