MY 10TH MARKSHEET AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE HAS DIFFERENT DATE OF BIRTH.. MARKSHEET HAS DOB 28/08/1989 AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE HAS DOB 30/08/1989 WHICH IS RIGHT DOB.. I APLLIED FOR PASSPORT TWO YEARS AGO WITH DOB 28/08/1989 PASSPRT AUTHORITY IS DEMANDIND FRESH BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH CORRECT DATE OF BIRTH,MUNCIPAL CORPORATION IS SAYING IT'S ACCORDING TO HOSPITAL RECORD SO CORRECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE, I ALSO TREID TO CHANGE DOB IN 10TH MARKSHEET MP BOARD IS SAYING CORRECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE AFTER 3 YEARS IT'S A NEW RULE..MY PAN CARD ALSO HAS A DOB 28/08/1989..WHEN I MEET PASSPORT OFFICE BHOPAL PERSONALLY THEY WERE SAYING ,CORRECT DOB EITHER IN BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR IN 10TH MARKSHEET THAT'S THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN GET PASSPORT .BOTH CORRECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE.ONE LAWYER TOLD ME IT WILL ME DIFFICULT FOR YOU CORRECT DOB IN PAN CARD AND 10TH MARKSHEET , HE SUGGEST TO FILE A PETITION IN HIGH COURT AGAINST MUNCIPAL CORPORATION INDORE FOR DOB CORRECTION.. I DON'T THINK SO MUNCIPAL CORPORTION WILL DO IT BECAUSE ITS RIGHT DOB AND THEY HAVE PROOF OF HOSPITAL REGISTER RECORD , I CAN'T WIN THE CASE IN THAT WAY.. PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET PASSPORT ..

You can apply for correction of date of birth in education certificates in writing and get their written reply refusing to carry out the same due to the reasons they may quote. With the reply you may file a declaratory suit to declare the correct date of birth in the educational certificates, the court order will be accepted by passport authorities.

Why and how the wrong DOB was sent to Municipality by the hospital?
If the hospital and hence Municipality are not ready to rectify the situation, court case is only way, decision in which would take time.

If I get my dob declare by high court 30/08/1989 which is right dob according to birth certificate , than i can get passport please tell.?

You fellows are having strange ways of getting into trouble yourself!
When you have X marksheet which states your DOB as 28.8.1989 and when you enter this date of birth 28.8.1989 in the passport application also, HOW CAN THE PASSPORT AUTHORITY DEMAND FRESH BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH CORRECT DATE OF BIRTH? (You yourself might have revealed that you have a birth certificate according to which the date of birth is 30.8.1989.)
What was the need to do so and get into trouble?

How high court can help me because correction is not possible in both marksheet and birth certificate. Can I declare dob by court? Pls tell
