Dear Sir n all
I have married legaly to one girl on feb 14 due to my mother health problem we have not process as she want like dhaam-dhum reception and all. thats she want to divorce because she got goverment job and she change her mind. we are trying to convince her but she wants divorce without meting.she not agree for meting with me or my family, i am ready for everthing for her but she have ego problem. i am not give her divorce please advice me what kind of process. this case is which side ? since 1 month i am trying to convince her she tell me for cancellation of certi but i am not agree pls give me advise legaly she put a case on me ?

Without the reasonable grounds divorce wont be granted. It requires grounds

Without reasonable grounds divorce case is not maintainable..... but she may file nullity of marraige on the ground the marraige performed without her consent......it is also requires material evidence to prove

Without any legal and valid ground divorce can not be granted, if she filed then fight the case on merit.

Let her proceed if she want.
Both cannot file Divorce Petition till Feb 2014. SO FORGET..
marriage Certi cannot be cancelled, it need court order with Divorce Decree ,which u cannot get, without Grd.

let her file for divorce . no petition for divorce can be filed unless period of one year has passed from date of marriage . inform her that you are agreeable for divorce by mutual consent after expiry of one year from date of marriage

She does not want to live with you, your efforts would go in vain. Wait for one year and if no progress, move for mutual consent divorce.
Marriage certificate can not be cancelled without decree of divorce.
Moreover, divorce without reason can not be granted in India like in USA.

if i agree for mutual understanding divorce then how many time go for getting decree ?
my family said that this girl is ruin your future. she like only freedom. leave her so i have decided to leave her but i want to know for period of getting decree

Even for mutual consent divorce, you need to have lived separately for a period of one year or more. You may have to wait till FEB 2015 for that too. Wait for her to initiate any action in this regard.
