Divorce filed, but wife refuses to accept summons which was sent by court

Dear sir/Madam,

I filed divorce in Bangalore on 8th Feb 2015, My wife is staying in andhra..Court has been sent summons to her..but we got information that, they dint accept that summons which is sent by court and asked postman to write the girl is not there now like that/door locked etc... How can i proceed for further actions?? please reply as we have 1st april 2015 we need to appear in family court

after verifying the postman's endorsement the court will take necessary steps. if postman endoresed that your wife refused to accept the summons or intimation served against her about registered post , then the Hon'bel court will set your wife as expartee and will decide your case on expartee i.e in absence of your wife. please wait till the cover reaches to court.

If the court is satisfied that she is deliberately avoiding the summons, court may proceed ex-party. May prey court to serve by alternate method.

On receiving back the undelivered summons, upon verifying the remarks endorsed n the envelope, the matter will be decided by the court on further lines. The court may ask you to file steps for service of summons through substitute service. Consult your lawyer on further issues.
