i need a divorce certificate for family pension. so please send me a sample format of divorce certificate issued court law.

Apply (on the performa with fees as stipulated under the High Court Rules)to the court which has granted decree of divorce, if it is recent, otherwise to record room for its certified copy.

The decree of divorce dissolving the marriage by the court is the evidence for divorce, there is no need to go for a separate divorce certificate if you have copy of the said decree.
