Divorce by mutual quickest way

(Querist) 03 September 2015 This query is : Resolved
Hello,
I got married on 20-May-15 to my wife but she was not interested in this marriage because her parents compelled her emotionally to marry me. Finally she moved out of my house on 11-June-15 and stayed at her relatives and parents.

Wife parents informed to me to wait 60 days stating that they convince her and get back to me.

But on 02-Sep-15 she confronted in front of parents and relatives that she will will not stay with me and she will take care of herself.

Also she had given this in writing in 20 rs. stamp paper with her relatives parents signature.

What shall i need to do further? whether this is sufficient and i can go further and marry someone?

Please note we did not even touched each other. also she will not tell that their parents emotionally black mailed in court.

Whether U have touched each other is immaterial in the eyes of law.If U marry again with that piece of stamped paper,U will land URself behind bars in future once legal consequences surface.

If reunion is not possible better opt for MCD and get separated with grace legally.

We have not registered the marriage.

Girls parents and relations are telling this is sufficient, girl will never come to your life but don't make it a big issue by applying in court

And how long it take for the MCD and the separation process.

Best course is to go for mutual divorce to avoid paying her any more since is unprepared to keep matrimonial tie

Marriage is legal even if it was not registered. File mutual consent divorce petition after one year.

You need to obtain a decree of divorce unless there exists a right recognized by custom to obtain dissolution of the marriage in the manner suggested.
