one of my friend's sis got married in last 02 June 2017 without inform her Parents.From 1st Day she was not living with her Husband. She Saying that Marriege was done by forcefully & Cheating way with Blackmail. Boys get the relationship with Girls then threat for showing relation video or photo in Public other wise carry the Relation Continue. Girls got feared from him & continue with them or got married without concent. Now girls has put a FIR against Boys. & Now want to be get null & void the marriege. Pls help & suggest the legal way for divorce.

1. How the marriage was done.
2. What is religion of both.
3. How do you thing that she was threatened.
4. How do you think cheating occurred and how do you think blackmail occurred in this case. Forget what generally happens.
5. FIR is on what ground.
Your story is prima-facie unconvincing. Normally boys avoid marriage after enjoying but you say that girl was avoiding marriage after enjoying.

Sir ladki ek gharelu Ladki hai wo Coaching Class jati hai, Wahi par ek Pados ka ladka ( Rented ) Bank main Job karta hai. Jo ki Ghar se Usko Dekhta tha, Ek din Ladki Class Gayi Hui thi waha par wo ladka aata hai or ladki ko milta hai Ladki ke mana karne par wo waha se Coaching Class se Uska No Leta Hai. Phir wo ladki ko phone Karne Laga , Ladki bar bar avoid karne lagi . Lekin wo Ladka Bar bar Phone Karna laga , Us Ladki ne apne ghar walo ko is dar se ye nahi bataya ki koi Mujhe Paresan kar raha hai kyoki wo gali main hi rehta tha or Gali main hungama hoga . Ladka Ladki se milne laga , Uske bad Last December main wo log mile Ladke ne kaha kahi ghumne chalte hai ladki bhi ready ho gayi. Wo Ladka ladki ko Noida main ek hotel main le ke gaya ki hum log sirf lunch Karenge or Meri Ek Meeting hai Hotel main Jaha par main tumhari Job ki bhi bat karunga. Ladki bhi uske sath Room Main Chali Gayi. Uske bad Unhone Kuch Khaya Piya. Ladki Khane Pine ke bad apne Hosh Main nahi thi. Us Ladke ne waha par uske sath relation baneya or apne Mobile me kuch video or Photo bhi bana liye. Uske bad wo lagatar ladki se milne laga , Mana Karne Par merne or Marne ki , & Video or Photo Public main Dalne ke Dhamki Dena Laga. Ladki apne ijjat or dar ke karn ghar main nahi bataya. Us ke bad Ladke ne usi behalf par ladki ko le ja ke Shadi Kar li 02.06.2017 jaha par ladki ki side ka koi nahi tha. Family ko ye bat 06.06.2017 ko pata chali tab family ne ladki se pucha tab usne Puri Bat Batie or Ladke ke sath Jane ke liye Mana Kar diya. Family walo ne 02 bar jake Police Station me Inspector ke samne usko bol dia ki Ladki tere sath nahi jana Chahti hai. Do din bad ladke ne suiside attemp kiya jisme Ladki ke gharwalo ka nam likh diya.
Ab wo Ladka Photo Ladki ke sare Relative me bhej raha hai , Relative ko phone kar raha msg kar raha hai means Ladki ke Gharwalo ki Ijjat Utar raha hai.
Aur to Aur Ladki ke bhai ko bolta hai ki teri behen ko uski margi se ya bina uski margi se le ke jaunga.
Sudhir sir aap bataye ye kya hai , Kisi Ladki ki or Uski Family ki ijjat Uttarna . Jab Koi Ladki Nahi Jana Chahti to aap usse badnam kar do.
