I was married in mar 2016. It was arrange marriage. Her character is not good. We have physical relation only one time. She is ready for divorce but her parents are not ready for divorce. I want divorce. What should I do???

Being anonymous, you should do one thing. Hire services of some local lawyer to get solution to your problem.

1. Disclose your identity.

2. Try to avoid Divorce as marriage is a sacred union.

3.You have said “her parents are not ready for divorce” Her parents' role is advisory only.

4. For mutual Divorce, you will have to wait for one year since as per Section 14 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 “no petition for divorce to be presented within one year of marriage” However, the proviso to Sec.14 provides that the court may, upon application made to it in accordance with such rules as may be made by the High Court in that behalf, allow a petition to be presented before one year has elapsed.
