Hi. I have been married for the past 2.5 years. I now have a 1.5 years old boy baby. And I am planning for a divorce now because of my wife's behavior. If I go for divorce, my baby will be with me or with my wife? Also, do I need to give any money to her as settlement? If so, how much?

tHE CHILD IS LIKELY TO BE WITH HIS MOTHER THOUGH HE WILL BE ALLOWED TO MEET THE CHILD PERIODICALLY.
If your wife is unemployed then you have to provide her maintenance.

Reply: Baby being small likely to remain with your wife.

Also, do I need to give any money to her as settlement? If so, how much?

reply: You may have to give maintenance (monthly) to your baby, also to wife if she is unemployed.

Try to have amicable settlement for continuation of marriage or try for mutual consent divorce.
