I just got acquittal in false 498 case and now she has filed dv. I talked to my wife for divorce she is not ready for it. She is also saying that if I file divorce than she will do suicide and blame me for it. Now I can't take her back in my house. What I should do.

Yes, DV case can be filed now.
After acquittal in 498A case getting divorce becomes easy.
Ignore her empty threats.

Sir,

Record all her statements and use them as a cruelty and threat to you and your family .... File a case for cruelty on that ground alone ...

You will have to choose either the cruelty and wishes of your wife or your peace in life. If you opt for peace immediately file divorce petition without caring the threats extended by her, otherwise, face herself, her actions, her behaviour and dictum.

There is no use of asking her permission for divorce especially under the crisis circumstances. You should proceed the way you have decided because you have suffered the humiliations, as observed by experts, you may ignore her threats of suicide etc., even if she does it, what will you be able to to to save yourself?
