Distribution of plots

I have a concern regarding managing distribution of plots. Does the builder show layout plan to show to purchaser to ensure that same plot is not sale to more than one individual.How about registration? Are they registering the plot in the name of purchaser?

The purchaser is entitled to get a lay out plan from which he can choose the plot to purchase whichever remains unsold.
Ask the builder to provide the plan and details about your doubts.
