Hi

There is no legal concept of disowning a son or daughter.
Once can however deprive legal heir from his properties by way of a Will or gift deed.

That mns if parents deprive one of deceased son from his property then her daughter in laws have no right on such property.??

1. Only if the wife is widowed then the father of the deceased son has the liability to provide maintenance for the widow and the widow then can claim the share of his deceased husband even if her husband was disowned or not named as a beneficiary in the Will.

Apparently in poor English you are wanting your parents to diswon a deceased son (as also understood by Mr Kumar Doab) so that the widow is deprived of share in property and maintenance.

it is not clear whether the proposal is more illegal or more immoral.

In all threads the Querist has bee advised properly.

As per him DIL is remarrying.

He may compile all threads and proceed as suitable preferably under advise of his lawyer at his location.

as long as she doe snot re marry she is fully entitled to her claim of maintenance. Claim cannot be denied on speculation of hearsay of her intention to get married.

After taking her rightful due if she re-marries then what is your problem?
