Dismissal from PSU Bank

If PSU Bank Officer dismissed from his Bank can join private bank as Officer. Dismissed from bank in departmental enquiry not any court case or police case against officer.Officer is dismissed under 4 j banking regulation act 1976.Please guide me .

Yes he can join no restriction, provided private Bank allows.

Joining in other psu bank or govt.job .one more thing I would like to ask you that officer dismissed under 4 j banking regulation 1976 can get PF and Suspension allowance and if get then how many days bank will take to settle all amount.

subsistence allowance - zero in case of dismissal
PF time - subjective
One can join private service no permission is needed.

Dismissal from any Government organisation, may that be a PSU means discarded for job from any Government organization. No such condition applies for joining any private organization.
Subsistence allowance is permissible only if suspended, but not on dismissal from the post. PF is your own money, which you can withdraw.

What is meant by suspension allowance?
No subsistence allowance entitlement after dismissal.

Do you believe that experts should answer your query merely on the basis of their presumptions, when you have not mentioned for which period you were suspended before departmental inquiry and whether your suspension was due to some serious misconduct in your own organization or due to you police/CBI custody or after your conviction in some police case. You have also not mentioned whether any suspension allowance was paid to you or not? In fact, your question is like a teacher, who sets some examination question for his students.

Bank was not paid me any suspension allowance during suspension period which was my right .Lots of time I was sent mail and letter to my Regional manager but he did not pay attention to my request Only departmental inquiry was held not police / cbi case .Sir that amount which was not paid by bank on that period now after dismissal letter received by me.Now I have mailed lots of time to my regional manager to pay my suspension allowance but bank is not responding me .How can I get that amount. Charge on me that some loan was fraud due to bank valuer or paneld advocate they told me and sent me report that property is fit for mortgage and my deputy manager was also involved in whole incident but she is leader of union and closest to my regional manager.During whole that incident she was used my password when I was went to inspection or verification to office or customer house.Tell me one thing that can I used my experience to private bank or can I join another govt.job or psu sector as fresher. where can I challenged my dismissal order .

Suspension, if happened before dismissal, subsistence allowance becomes due to be paid to you. If they are not responding, you may send a legal notice to the appropriate authorities of the bank..

one more question that after dismissal under 4j regulation 1976 I cannot work in any govt.service but sir can I ask to bank to give me my experience certificate for private sector, is this possible.
