Didn't get my pending amount from my ex employer

I worked in a partnership firm and on the request of my employer i left that firm but i didn't get my two months salary i.e before leaving the firm even the arrears and bonus of last year is still with my ex employer.
How i can get my all pending amount at the earliest??

Were you issued any appointment letter, salary slips of each month,Form16,PF a/c number,ESIC Card,I.Card etc?

Did you submit notice of resignation or resignation with immediate effect?

Were you issued with acknowledgment of resignation, acceptance, FnF statement?

What is the notice period inserted in appointment letter?

Send registered letter demanding your F & F. If no action consult local lawyer and file complaint with labor department / case in court.
